Shipping policy

Where I ship from. Every map is made by hand in my workshop in Tallinn, Estonia, and posted from there.

Where I ship to. Worldwide.

Cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, so you'll see the exact amount before you pay. It depends on the size of the piece and is typically around €50.

Who carries it. DHL, tracked, worldwide.

How long it takes. Each map is made to order, so allow 2–4 weeks for production. Once posted, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, though this varies by destination. Total time from order to delivery is normally 3–5 weeks. If you have a deadline, email chris@timbertale.co before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.

Customs, duties and import taxes. All included. I ship on delivered-duty-paid terms, which means I calculate, declare and pay any customs duty and import tax before your parcel travels. You will not be asked for money by the courier and your parcel will not be held pending payment. This applies to every country I ship to.

Damage in transit. Each map is packed in reusable plywood packaging. If it arrives damaged, photograph it and email chris@timbertale.co and I'll put it right.
